Your choices for dining are distinctively different: you can stay in the comfort of the Lounge bar, move through to the open hearthed library, dine informally in the Brasserie (which looks on to the Hotel grounds and hills beyond) or go formal in the beautifully appointed Dining Room. or more casual eating you can snack in the Royal's Public Bar while playing pool or, in good weather, eat alfresco in the walled garden. . | | Come and enjoy our finest quality food, on offer in a friendly and charming atmosphere of rough stone walls, glowing fires, low ceilings, and subtleexterior picture of retaurantlighting, ensuring a wonderful dining experience in this 18th Century Cottage. We specialise in Mediterranean and Scottish Cuisine using fresh local produce and offer a wide ranging menu which includes premium quality "Gold Standard" beef, Wild Scottish Venison, Fresh Mussels and Fish. For more informal dining sample our Tapas menu served in the bar. We also cater for vegetarians and, weather permiting, can offer alfresco dining in our garden patio. |

| The restuarant is open to all residents and non-residents. Lunches and snacks are served from 12pm to 5pm and dinner from 5pm to 9pm. It serves traditional Scottish Fayre and our menus are varied throughout the day using the best of local produce where possible. Special dietary requirements can be catered for. |
