A solo, adult, dance and fitness class that explores various dance styles; salsa, swing and disco, etc.
You are encouraged to dance at the intensity you please, so it is possible to do short bursts of high-intensity intermittent exercise (HIIE). Ballet and body weight exercises are used to improve core strength. Balance exercises, which can improve your appearance by improving your posture, are also a key factor of this class
The aim of this class is to have a fun time whilst exercising your body and helping your mind.
All welcome, no experience needed.
