Welcome to our beautiful holiday home set in the picturesque, conservation village of Comrie; in the heart of Strathearn, Perthshire. The perfect location to enjoy a broad range of outdoor pursuits or to relax in stunning surroundings.
The cottage, which has been completely refurbished and updated this summer, provides a large open plan sitting, dining and kitchen area, with large windows to the front of the house and a triple glass door leading to the garden at the rear. There are three large bedrooms, comfortably sleeping 6 people. A newly fitted bathroom upstairs and shower room downstairs, offer the most modern of facilities.
The cottage also benefits from two additional relaxation spaces. In the downstairs ‘snug’, enjoy warmth and a country cottage atmosphere courtesy of the pellet burner, as well as TV, DVD and PS4. Upstairs, relax on the chaise longue and read a book or listen to music.
To the rear of the cottage is a large private garden which acts as a great sun trap, and enjoys full sun throughout the day. Outdoor furniture and BBQ are available to make the most of this space.
There is adequate parking on the drive for two/three cars.
The large, secure garage is available for storing outdoor equipment such as bikes, kayaks, walking, fishing and camping equipment, golf clubs etc.
