Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, is a joyful way to keep fit, improve flexibility and strengthen the core.
We follow specific sets of exercises (kriya) performed to uplifting mantra music, each uniquely designed to boost vitality and well-being. The class ends with a deep relaxation followed by a meditation to soothe the mind, release stress and improve emotional balance.
All welcome, no experience needed. (under 16s welcome if accompanied by a responsible adult)
