Normally I’d say this is a hugely difficult decision but it’s a no-brainer at these times. Although we are able to excersise, it should be in as risk free way as possible, and the chances of taking a spill on our trails are much higher than somewhere less high adrenaline.
We take these steps to protect the important ones, the health service.
Please please pay heed to this, no one will be there to pick you up if you fall.
