*Comrie Primary Halloween Bake-sale/face-painting and traditional guising in Comrie*
Halloween is soon upon us and there’s lots of excitement among younger members of the community!!! We hope to resurrect the guising tradition in Comrie and are having PFA activities earlier to allow for this.
There will be a spooky themed bake-sale and face-painting stalls at the Primary School between 3-4pm on Monday 31st October, open to all. A great way to get ready for guising!
If you would like to have guisers please put up a Halloween decoration or light in your window or by your door. Let your neighbours know that their children are welcome to visit and your preferred times. It will be dark around 4.30pm on Monday so it needn’t be late!
Please will motorists take special care on Monday evening.
Advice for children and families: Please remember to be careful of traffic, carry a light or wear something bright. Behave respectfully and politely and only visit houses where you know you are welcome. Make sure a parent or carer knows where you are at all times. And finally…don’t forget to memorise a joke, song or poem for your party piece!
Many thanks and a Happy Halloween! Comrie Primary Parents and Friends Association
