cultybraggan.jpgThe Open Day will kick off with an exciting re-enactment of the arrival of German PoWs in Comrie and the march that they undertook from the old Comrie Railway Station to Cultybraggan Camp.

Activities going on at the camp all day are suitable for all ages and will combine living history, talks and demonstrations on 1940s Comrie, PoWs and soldier lifestyles with information about the kinds of local groups who are using Cultybraggan on a daily basis as a place to grow food, do business and have fun!

The Heritage Group are looking for volunteers for all aspects of the event, from hosting our entertainers, directing visitors, manning the gates, setting up the site, etc and would be very grateful if anyone would like to get involved as a volunteer. Please contact Lauren Davidson on 07775 956 196 for more information.  Come along to find out more about the unique history of Cultybraggan Camp and to get involved in its future.
