Sat Nam Ji Yogis,

I hope you are all having a lovely summer despite the slightly damp weather? We are nearly at the end of July (already!) and so I thought it was timely to give you a little information about the;

INTRODUCTION TO AQUARIAN SADHANA workshop on 12th August in the White Church, Comrie, 6am-8am.

The personal, daily practise of yoga, meditation and mantra is called sadhana and is ideally practised between 4am – 7am (the ambrosial hours). We come together to share an energising Kriya, deep relaxation and sing uplifting mantras to Kundalini Yoga music.

When we practise group sadhana our energies harmonize to create a caring and elevated energy and the recitation of mantra brings joy, truth, compassion, relaxation and a deep meditative state that lasts all day.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Tune-in and warm-up
Kriya (set of yoga exercises)
Deep relaxation
meditation in the form of mantra (this can be done from mat or chair)
refreshments

It is important to bring a mat, blanket, cushion and a bottle of water (I have one or two spare).
Small donations towards the cost of the hall would be very much appreciated.

PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO ATTEND THIS WORKSHOP AS WE ARE IN THE SMALLEST HALL

All the very best,

Julie x
