Experience of working with young people of secondary school age, and of supervising staff, preparing reports, managing budgets and developing projects is required, and evening and weekend work will be part of the role. The post involves leading a team to address issues related to young people and sex, and so an enhanced disclosure check will be required of the successful applicant.

Fixed term for 36 months.

The Rape & Sexual Abuse Centre Perth & Kinross are looking for a highly motivated and committed worker with experience of delivering youth work. Applicants must have experience in project development, managing budgets, preparing reports and supervising staff. This post involves the delivery of a prevention programme with young people age 12-18, addressing issues around sexual exploitation, sexualisation and sexual violence. Evening and weekend work required. We seek female applicants only and are exempt under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010. Successful applicants subject to enhanced disclosure checks.
