RELAX AND REFRESH WITH KUNDALINI YOGA

Relax and refresh for 2018. We will begin with four of my favourite Kriyas for releasing stress and tension as we build a stronger nervous system for the year ahead.
Each class will incorporate a kriya (dynamic exercises) followed by deep relaxation and finishing with a meditation.
All students work at their own pace and so classes are suitable for beginners.
Please wear loose clothing and bring a mat, blanket, cushion, water and an open heart.
