Dear All,

I hope you are well?

It has been a real privilege to explored the ideas, meditations and kriya for the ‘Ten Bodies’ with you in class. Thank you.

My next block of 8 will be focused on the chakras. Here we will explore the ways in which physical exercise, breath work and meditation can help relieve specific areas of stress and discomfort in the body and energy, helping us attain a true sense of over-all wellbeing.


Next two classes:        2nd October and 9th October


Starts again:               30th October – 18th December

If you are off on holiday then I hope you have a wonderful and relaxing time.  Hopefully I will see you in class again, please remember all classes stand alone so even popping in for one or two will still give you a lovely energy boost,
