PKC LogoReceived this good news from our tenacious Community Council Colleague Gill Brock:

Hope to be finished Monday night at Dalginross Bridge. The surface is now an epoxy type material that is flexible and moves with the bridge. It is then colour coated and an imprint of brick pushed into it. It will look like bricks but flex like asphalt.

Camp Road being surfaced today and tomorrow.

Glenartney – Has been measured and priced it up and now being discussed with Breedon Aggregates to arrange a suitable date for them to come in and lay a “big patch” to sort it out. The week prior to that drainage will be fixed.

Meiggar Road (B827 towards Glenartney) – Has been measured for a Colas re-tread (full length) and programme permitting would hope to be in here before end August.
