The Tudor Trust have agreed the loan for £350 000 to CDT at their Trustees meeting yesterday.
I understand the terms will be:
£200 000 interest free for a 18 month period
£150 000 interest free for a 3 year period.
The Tudor Trust have agreed the loan for £350 000 to CDT at their Trustees meeting yesterday.
I understand the terms will be:
£200 000 interest free for a 18 month period
£150 000 interest free for a 3 year period.
Beyond the interest free period any balance outstanding would be charged at 3% above base.
