Due to the holiday period our advertising agency (TMP) have advised that we need to have all notices which require to be advertised the by 10 January 2020 with them by 10 December 2019.
For any events/parades/galas from the 10th Jan 2020 onwards.
Please ensure that you contact your local groups to ensure they meet this deadline for any events/parades/galas that will require a TTRO such as a road closure, suspension of parking or speed limit. The events that will qualify for this are community events that are non-profit making, Farmers Markets do not qualify under these orders.
Any applications that fall out with this timeframe will have to be paid for by the applicant.
However if there are any events falling between these dates for the period from (10th Jan 2020 to 30th April 2021, then we will include them in this, the final omnibus for 2019-20.
There will be four Omnibus Orders next year and the dates for submissions are as follows –
Omnibus Order Number 1 submitted on Friday 8th May 2020 – Deadline for submission is 30th April 2020
Omnibus Order Number 2submitted on Friday 7th August 2020 – Deadline for submission is 31st July2020
Omnibus Order Number 3 submitted on Friday 6th November 2020 – Deadline for submission is 31st October 2020
Omnibus Order Number 4 submitted on Friday 5th February 2021 – Deadline for submission is 31st January 2021
