DESCRIPTION:Sat Namji and a very Happy New Year to everyone! \nEXPLORING KUNDALINI YOGA \n10 week block starting Monday 21st January 2019 \n7.30 – 9.00pm \n£8 drop-in\, £6 pre-paid block \nWhite Church\, Comrie \nIn this block of 10 classes we will be practicing some of the most beautiful and effective Kundalini Yoga Kriyas as taught by Yogi Bhajan. Kriyas to energize the physical body\, cleanse the organs and balance the chakras and energy bodies. \nDuring our practice we will be exploring in greater depth the fundamentals of Kundalini Yoga\, mantra\, mudra\, body locks and of course Breath of Fire. \nThese are open classes and all are welcome.\nPlease bring a mat\, blanket\, cushion and water. Wear loose comfortable clothing. Chairs are available if mat-work is difficult for you.
