As a therapist and coach with a background in teaching, Jo holds a BA Hons Degree in Social Science (Psychology and Sociology) and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Education. She began therapy and coaching strategies to help mitigate the effects of her own ill-health and through this self-discovery has gained a wide range of qualifications, including:
