Perth & Kinross Council are seeking views on digital participation – by this we mean access to the internet and using digital technology. The Council are keen to understand levels of access across the Council area, the barriers to this, and what could be done to improve digital participation. The aim of this consultation is to establish a baseline of digital participation across the Council area (defined as access to the internet and using digital technology), identify groups less likely to be digitally connected, the barriers and facilitators to participation, and to develop a project report and action plan which supports improved uptake.
