As we enter our fourth week of lockdown I’m forever grateful that I’m able to continue cooking and delivering authentic Italian food to your door.
It’s heartening and encouraging to have so many repeat customers and I’ve received some fabulous feedback.
This week, I’m looking forward to preparing the new dishes on the Italba delivery menu.
The Cacio Pepe ravioli with Tomnaha spinach is set to be a popular dish. This twist on a popular Roman dish is served in one of Italy’s finest delis @peck_milano and @galileoreposo Pecks’s Exec Pastry chef suggested that if it’s popular in Milan, it’s sure to go down well with the good people of Strathearn!
