TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING, PARKING AND LOADING
LOCHAY DRIVE – DALGINROSS COMRIE
In order to permit carriageway resurfacing works on the above section of road I recommend that a temporary traffic regulation order be prepared. It is to be effective from the 7th September 2020 for a period of two weeks.
The order will temporarily prohibit all vehicles from driving and temporarily prohibit parking and loading (both sides) of Lochay Drive from its junction with Tay Avenue (277834, 721932) to its termination point in the Cul-De-Sac at number 7 Lochay Drive (277722, 721962), a distance of 202.93 metres or thereby inclusive of both end sides of the Cul-De-Sac.
Pedestrian & emergency vehicular access to premises will be maintained.
There is no alternative route for vehicles as this is a Cul-De-Sac
