The applications process for early learning and childcare places in Perth & Kinross Council nursery classes and early childhood centres is changing, from January 2020.
With a huge increase in funded (free) ELC provision for 3-5 year olds and eligible 2 year olds coming into effect from August 2020, we’re looking to make applying for a place for your child as simple and straightforward as possible.
