CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)
The health and safety of our clients and their dogs is top priority. While health and safety standards and procedures are followed on a daily basis – we wanted to make you aware of the extra precautions we are taking to ensure everyone stays healthy during this time of heightened concern about Coronavirus (COVID-19):
WHAT WE ARE DOING:
We are closely monitoring daily updates and recommendations from the Scottish and UK Governments.
Floors and work surfaces are disinfected with pet friendly products throughout the day.
We are sanitising door handles, work surfaces and sterilising all equipment.
At the end of every day, we are disinfecting all hand-contact surfaces.
In addition to daily deep cleaning, special attention is being focused on door handles and locks, pet gates, card machines and countertops during business hours.
We are following hand washing guidelines and using hand sanitiser after each customer interaction and sanitiser is on offer to all visiting clients.
As unsettling as this situation is, we pride ourselves on always providing a safe and clean environment for your pets. We will continue to offer amazing care for your loved ones and constantly monitor any changes in advice.
