The season is soon to be here, despite everything we here at Comrie butchers have been operating as close to normal as possible, we are very grateful for everyone’s understanding & patience when some days we either have run out of a product or cut, or are simply a few hours late with deliveries.
Under the control of my son Ruaridh, the Christmas letter as I have termed it over the years has had a huge revamp, lots of colour, style and most importantly a fillable order form which you can complete, save then send back.
Due to the current regulations (always subject to change ) we are having only two sizes of turkey this year, a 4.5kg or 10lb & a 5.5kg or 12lb.
We are selling more & more each year of the rolled turkey breasts either approx. 2.5 kg or a double about 5.5 kg.
A new product this year a rolled breast stuffed with pork sage & onion wrapped in smoked streaky bacon, in a foil tray with pork chipolatas….. all ready for the oven…. see the form for details.
Our festive sausage roll this year is Pork, Apple, Sage & Cranberry
