‘Hi Folks,
Apologies for the lateness of this message, but I thought it worthwhile to pass on some Good News!
Firstly, we’ve managed to re-establish contacts with most of the landowners and have sent out the most recent Design Drawings along with the Legal ‘Heads of Terms’ documents which are the first step in finalising the necessary ‘Path Agreements’. We await their responses and will move on with next steps soon thereafter.
Secondly, and literally THIS AFTERNOON, Sustrans have come back to us looking for an update on the project and very positively asking how they might assist in this coming financial year. I’ll pull together our response considering the items in the Project Plan and let them know. I’ll keep you posted as things progress’
