A Clackmannanshire resident has informed us about a scam phone call alerting them that their internet will be imminently terminated. What should you do if you receive an automated call that your internet will be terminated in 24 hours?
1. TRY NOT TO PANIC
2. DO NOT SPEAK
3. DO NOT PRESS 1 (or any other number)
4. NEVER GIVE OUT ANY INFORMATION OR ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS.
5. DO NOT CALL BACK ON ANY NUMBER PROVIDED
