In our recent meeting, a representative from Comrie in Colour kindly drew attention to some inaccuracies in the September minutes concerning the content of a meeting between representatives of the former and the Community Council. Regrettably, the previous account contained factual errors that did not accurately reflect Comrie in Colour’s commendable work. We have taken steps to rectify this issue, and the revised minutes have been successfully republished. The Community Council apologises for any distress this may have caused.
Furthermore, the Comrie and District Community Council wishes to express appreciation for Comrie in Colour’s exceptional contributions to enhancing our village’s visual appeal. We recognise that the current environment presents significant challenges for voluntary groups, particularly regarding funding and staffing, which necessitates operating with limited resources. We are profoundly thankful for their ongoing dedication and are committed to supporting them to the best of our capabilities.
