This is a lovely, light and modern private studio apartment that is attached to the owners house which is a five minute walk from the centre of the village.
The apartment has double patio doors and is accessed from the back of the house where there is secure parking for one small car or motorbike. The studio is well equipped and has a large and peaceful bedroom with sitting area and TV, a small sunny private patio, a private shower room, kitchen and dining area.
There are many beautiful walks from the doorstep and it makes an ideal base for visiting friends and family in the village or for exploring the area.
The owners provide a welcome pack of tea, coffee, bread and milk on arrival.

Comrie Croft Bikes is a part of the award winning Comrie Croft: campsite, hostel, farm shop, cafe, market garden and wedding venue. Comrie Croft is special because of its natural, feature packed trails which you can loop and follow easily to suit your time frame and needs. Comrie Croft Trails
The trails are graded blue, red and black but it’s worth saying that they don’t feel like typical trail centre trails. They feel very natural because they are hand built and packed with natural features like roots, rock gardens and rock rollers. You’ll have one eye on the trail but perhaps the other eye on the Crofts exceptionally beautiful views from the hill.
Expect to enjoy a swoopy bermy Blue, rooty rocky reds and blacks or the bike skills park. There is something for everyone at the Comrie Croft trails.
Set in the stunning Strathearn Valley, and only an hour’s drive from Scotland’s major cities, Comrie Croft Bikes are an evolving and expanding set of dedicated trails with something for everyone. The trails are located on a private estate and pack in some mighty punches over a relatively small area. Comrie Holiday Park is situated on the A85 on the eastern border of the village of Comrie, described as the gateway to the Highlands. You can reach the village centre easily by foot within minutes, where you can enjoy the variety of businesses, shops, specialist art & craft stores, cafes and restaurants. The village also has a delicatessen, baker, butcher, pet shop, post office and fish & chip shop. Many of these businesses are owned by Comrie Locals. Many do not feel the need to leave the village, as almost everything you could need can be found on your doorstep. There is a real feeling of community in Comrie. Our park is well placed to travel around Perthshire and the Scottish Highlands. We are an owner occupier sites and have no camping or touring caravan facilities.
