We have two cottages surrounded by farmland, beautiful scenery and wildlife. The semi-detached, single-storey holiday cottages sleeping two guests in each property are accessed by a rough tracks and set in the heart of the scenic West Strathearn area of Perthshire and only three miles from Comrie.

The Annexe at Loch View Farm is a unique two bedroom self catering cottage which overlooks the privately owned Cowden Loch. It sleeps 4 people comfortably (possibly 5 if it is a family with young children). You can relax in the hot tub and take in the breathtaking views of the mountains surrounding Comrie. You can fly fish in the Loch, various watersports (including paddle boards for hire), use the tennis court to play a variety of sports, or just make use of the paths and trails around the area to walk, hike or bike. It is also great for bird watching as well as other wildlife, peaceful to read a book, or star gaze on the cooler clear nights.
It is located less than 2 miles outside the tranquil village of Comrie, 5 miles from the picturesque town of Crieff, 35 minutes from Perth and Stirling and an hour from Glasgow and Edinburgh.
